תיאור תפקיד:
A Revenue Operations Manager - building scalable processes and driving revenue efficiency - managing and optimizing our global revenue operations processes.
This role supports the full revenue lifecycle - from pipeline management and enterprise sales processes to contracting, booking, renewals, and expansion - ensuring forecasting accuracy, operational consistency, and alignment across CRM and ERP systems. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to enable data-driven growth and efficient execution.
Lead and manage revenue operations processes, ensuring scalable and efficient execution across the organization.
Drive forecasting processes and maintain strong pipeline governance.
Manage and optimize the end-to-end Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle across CRM and ERP systems.
Ensure CRM governance, data accuracy, reporting consistency, and system alignment.
Define and track revenue KPIs including pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle length, bookings, renewals, retention, expansion, and channel performance.
Design and manage sales incentive and commission plans aligned with revenue goals.
Support and standardize contracting processes, including enterprise agreements, partnership contracts, distributor and affiliate agreements.
Work closely with Finance and Legal to streamline pricing approvals, contract workflows, and compliance processes.
Support revenue processes across direct enterprise sales, partnerships, affiliates, and distributor channels.

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations in a global B2B / Enterprise-focused company.
Proven experience working with CRM and ERP systems in a revenue environment.
Strong understanding of the full revenue lifecycle and Opportunity-to-Cash processes.
Experience working with enterprise sales environments and managing or standardizing enterprise and partnership contracting processes.
Experience supporting partnership, distributor, or affiliate revenue models.
Experience designing and managing sales incentive / commission plans.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience building forecasts, dashboards, and executive performance reports.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success.
High level of English (written and spoken).
A proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented mindset.
Advanteges :
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and/or NetSuite ERP.
Experience implementing CRM–ERP integrations.
