A Global B2B company offering advanced hardware and SaaS solutions for smart HVAC integration and remote management. With a sales presence across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, we empower HVAC professionals and integrators to optimize operations, reduce service costs, and deliver superior comfort experiences through innovative devices and cloud-based platforms. A Technical Product Manager to join our product team and work closely with cross-functional engineering groups (Hardware and Software) on product specifications, development cycles, and releases. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to grow into full product ownership. Translate high-level requirements into clear and structured product specifications, including UX/UI, user flows, and acceptance criteria. Manage the release process, feature validation, and coordination with QA. Work closely with R&D to clarify requirements and support agile development cycles. Prepare high-quality release notes and ensure smooth communication across teams. Maintain clear, complete, and up-to-date product documentation. Support product research, competitive analysis, and feedback collection from field teams.
דרישות:
~4 years of experience in a technical development role (e.g., Full-Stack Developer), plus 1–2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
Strong technological background with hands-on experience in software and/or hardware development, web technologies, and cloud-based applications.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in English. A team player with a collaborative mindset.
Proactive, organized, independent learner, eager to learn and grow.
Background in energy management, building management systems, data analytics, or HVAC — an advantage.
