We’re looking for A Junior Marketing Specialist who is a fast learner and eager to get involved in all aspects of marketing, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Day-to-day, some of the things you’ll be working on:
Organizing field marketing efforts - from logistics to creative - including conferences, exhibitions and hosted events.
Researching, planning and writing high-level content pieces that bring value to our audience
Copywriting for new web pages, ads, brochures, pitch decks, presentations
Designing in Canva for social media, presentations and marketing assets.
Ideating and scripting videos; planning the shoots; editing videos in VideoLeap / similar
Repurposing and distributing content across channels
Researching suppliers, collecting quotations and recommending who to choose
Enriching ABM account information.
Supporting Sales with development of new assets and campaigns to nurture and convert existing leads
Creating weekly/monthly reports on activities and metrics
Coordinating various marketing suppliers
Learning and expanding your skills, through podcasts, articles, books and other resources.

You possess the ability to ruthlessly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that no detail slips through the cracks. The Storyteller (Native-Level English): You have native-level fluency in English (written and verbal). You can step into the audience's shoes and transform complex information into a compelling, clear, and high-level story. Strong Copywriting Foundation: You have a natural flair for creative writing and content creation. You understand how to lead with what the prospect cares about most. Eye for Design: While this isn’t a graphic design role, you are a Canva pro. You understand how to structure and present information neatly, professionally, and visually across social media and marketing assets. Rapid Learner: You can dive into a new industry (like WMS/Logistics) and become an expert fast, capable of rapidly mastering a diverse stack of platforms including Notion, HubSpot, Supabase, and Monday.com. AI-Forward: You are proactive about experimenting with AI platforms to maximize efficiency and output, safely and smartly. Accountability & Pride in Work: You take deep personal pride in everything you produce. You aim for excellence and don’t believe in publishing substandard work. Conversational Hebrew: Ability to communicate effectively in a Hebrew-speaking environment.
