תיאור תפקיד:
A highly skilled and motivated FPGA Team Leader to spearhead our hardware development efforts. In this role, you will balance hands-on RTL design with technical leadership, guiding a team of engineers through the full FPGA development lifecycle—from architecture and design to integration and verification. You will play a pivotal role in defining system architectures and ensuring the delivery of high-performance, robust hardware solutions.

Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in FPGA design and development.
RTL Mastery: Deep proficiency in VHDL (RTL) and significant experience working with Verilog.
Hardware Literacy: Strong ability to read and understand complex electronic schematics.
Embedded Systems: Hands-on experience with DDR controllers and integration within embedded systems.
Simulation Experts: Advanced knowledge of simulation tools and methodologies (e.g., ModelSim, Questa, Vivado Simulator).
Strategic Thinking: Exceptional "system-view" capabilities, with the ability to understand how the FPGA fits into the larger product ecosystem.
