Key Responsibilities Event Planning, Execution & Logistics Plan, organize, and execute events including hands-on courses, webinars, and in-person events in Israel and abroad Own event timelines, agendas, and checklists from planning through post-event wrap-up Collaborate with production companies and service providers to ensure all technical, operational, and experience requirements are met · Serve as the on-site event lead, overseeing setup, live delivery, vendor coordination, and post-event breakdown Speaker & Vendor Management Manage speakers' schedules, travel, accommodation, honoraria, and contracts Source, brief, and manage external vendors (venues, AV suppliers, catering, agencies, photographers) Track vendor contracts, invoices, and all event-related documentation Communications, Branding & Attendee Experience Coordinate event communications, including invitations, agendas, registrations, and attendee information Oversee attendee logistics (registration lists, badges, agendas) and collect post-event evaluations and feedback Work with vendors and internal teams to create flyers, brochures, and training materials in alignment with company branding guidelines Warehouse Administration & Shipping Coordination Manage training and marketing inventory, including demo products, hands-on materials, and branded items Coordinate international and local shipments for training events, including packing and unpacking materials, preparing detailed shipping lists, and working closely with the shipping/logistics department to ensure timely delivery and returns
