We are looking for a Director Of Media to manage the internal media team. The
perfect candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, independent and resultsdriven.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Overall management of the internal media buying activity
2. Managing a team of 3 media buyers
3. Analyze and optimize audience-based campaigns on an ongoing basis to meet
the company's KPIs
4. Regular reporting to senior management
5. Explore with the team new ways to expand and scale the media buying
activit
דרישות:
3+ years of Experience with GDN or Facebook - Must
Extensive experience with Ad-Serving systems - Must
Experience with Search monetization - an advantage
A self-driven personality with attention to details, problem-solver
High proficiency with Excel and Google programs
Multi-tasking, motivated, organized, and responsible person
Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Demonstrated ability to draw insights from data
Hands-on experience in programmatic buying, using demand-side platforms
Technical knowledge of digital marketing conversion tracking and tagging
Fluent or native English - Must. Other languages – an advantage
