We are seeking a hands-on MarCom Manager for a global B2B industrial company. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives that support product positioning and business growth across international markets. The role is suited for a proactive, independent marketer with strong execution skills and experience in digital B2B marketing. Responsibilities: Lead go-to-market planning and execution with global sales and marketing teams Create and manage marketing assets including presentations, newsletters, and campaign materials Plan and execute international exhibitions and industry events from concept to on-site delivery Organize webinars, podcasts, and partnerships with external stakeholders Support PR activities and external communications Manage social media channels and content scheduling Contribute to campaign concepts, creative direction, and visual materials Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and KPIs Collaborate with designers and vendors to ensure high-quality marketing outputs

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in a global environment High-level English (written and spoken) – must Proven experience in planning and executing international exhibitions/events – must Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with content creation – advantage Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint) – advantage Creative thinking and ability to develop marketing initiatives Fast learner, self-driven, and detail-oriented
