An amazing FinTech startup in Herzliya Pituach is looking for a Controller / Finance Manager
What You’ll Do
Financial Infrastructure & Reconciliation
• Design and own end-to-end reconciliation systems across payouts, collections, and internal balances
• Build logic to reconcile across banks, wallets, payment providers, and internal ledgers
• Handle complexity across entities and activities
• Ensure accuracy at scale — without manual work
Automation, Data & Systems
• Build automated pipelines for transaction ingestion, validation, and reporting
• Use AI tools to build your own solutions — scripts, integrations, dashboards
• Create real-time visibility into financial data across the company
• Work closely with Builders to embed finance into the product layer
Accounting, AR & Control
• Own NetSuite as the financial source of truth
• Manage Accounts Receivable: invoicing, collections, revenue tracking
• Oversee subscriptions and SaaS billing flows
• Lead month-end close, reporting, and compliance
• Work with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors

• Background as a Controller / Finance Manager / Accountant
• Deep NetSuite expertise (must)
• Experience with complex reconciliation environments (FinTech, payments, high-volume transactions)
• Strong systems thinking — you design processes, not just execute them
• Hands-on builder mentality — you automate before you operate
