A leading global technology company in the Sharon area is seeking a customer focused results-driven Sales Manager Technical who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling complex technical test solutions to local semiconductors and data centers AI infrastructure customers. The role combines technical understanding with commercial execution and offers the opportunity to work closely with innovative engineering teams while driving long-term business growth.
Account Ownership and Business Growth - Own and manage accounts with full responsibility for revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Drive new opportunities within assigned accounts and territory. Manage a healthy sales pipeline aligned with targets. Build trusted long-term relationships with engineering teams, technical leaders, and business stakeholders.
Customer Engagement and Value Based Solution Selling - Understand customer technical challenges and business objectives. Position the portfolio and solutions articulating both technical value and business impact. Translate needs into value-based technical and commercial proposals. Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders long decision processes and strategic investments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Application Engineers Marketing and Product Specialists. Coordinate with partners and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications - BSc in Electrical Engineering Physics or a related technical field. 5 or more years experience in technical sales account management or business development. Strong interest in technology-driven sales. Strong customer orientation with a passion for sales and relationship building. Ability to engage confidently with engineers and decision-makers. Willingness to travel within Israel and occasionally abroad. Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
