Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, preparation materials and business task flow - Create structure and organization in a dynamic, fast-moving environment - Create professional presentations and first drafts using AI tools when relevant. - Write clear, concise summaries, emails, and updates - Work daily with task management tools (e.g., Monday.com) - Coordinate travel, logistics, suppliers, appointments and ongoing private / family-related matters with full discretion. - Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to move things forward.

Requirements: - Excellent Hebrew and English (must) - Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (must) - Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail - Ability to prepare documents, summaries, and presentations. - Strong written and verbal communication skills - AI oriented and comfortable working with digital tools (advantage).
