תיאור תפקיד:
System Engineer AMS, where you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced communication systems. Play a critical role in ensuring system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility of the development of complex Airborne Communication systems.
• Lead the System level architecture of complex systems, and be an expert in the System, Software and Hardware specifications.
• Coordinating internal R&D resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Conduct system integration and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within development budget.
• Matrix structure management of Hardware, Software, Mechanics and Verification teams for several projects in parallel – different requirements, use cases and customers.
• Lead an internal and external design reviews, pre and post sales activities with various customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in system design and architecture development.
• Experience with communication protocols and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
