We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build AI-powered financial products across the full stack. You'll develop React applications, Python/Node.js services, and MCP servers that connect LLM agents to internal systems, financial data, and third-party APIs. You'll partner with product, compliance, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions. Who You Are Experience building LLM applications, RAG systems, or AI chatbots.
Hands-on with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, or pgvector).
Strong React, Python, Node.js, and AWS experience (certification a plus).
Familiar with observability tools (Datadog, New Relic) and AI workload optimization.
Experience with microservices, domain-driven design, or event-driven architectures.
Responsibilities Design, build, and enhance our LLM-based Agentic platform.
Develop scalable backend services and MCP servers integrating AI with internal and external systems.
Build intuitive React interfaces for AI-powered workflows.
Architect secure, high-performance, enterprise-grade solutions.
Collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering teams to deliver scalable features.
Mentor engineers, establish best practices, and evaluate emerging AI technologies.

Available working some US hours
Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment - Must
Hands-on production experience with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, RAG workflows, agent frameworks, and LLM evaluation strategies.
Experience building and consuming MCP servers.
5+ years of professional software development with a proven record on complex full-stack systems.
Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar) at scale.
Hands-on experience architecting on AWS (DynamoDB, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway). Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) is a plus.
Deep understanding of TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum leadership.
Ability to debug problems across distributed systems and optimize bottlenecks in real-time data flows.
Great communicator with the ability to influence technical direction and manage stakeholder expectations.
