We are seeking a hands-on IT & Information Systems Manager to lead our IT infrastructure, business systems, and security operations at our Center district site.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions that support business growth.
In this role you will
Lead and scale IT infrastructure, operations, and business systems while managing security, compliance, risk, and business continuity initiatives.
Drive automation, integrations, and operational efficiency, oversee SaaS platforms, vendors, procurement, and IT budgets, define IT processes and operational standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams and C-level stakeholders, and ensure the availability and performance of business-critical systems.

BSc in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in an IT Manager / IT Lead role in a startup or high-growth environment with strong hands-on capabilities
Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, Microsoft 365 (all apps), AWS or equivalent
Experience leading E2E security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001/27032)
Experience building and scaling IT infrastructure, including VPN, switches, firewalls (Fortigate or alternatives), and group policies
Experience implementing Identity & Access Management solutions (SSO, MFA, access policies)
Experience with ERP systems like Priority
Experience with modern endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune or similar)
Experience with security tools and monitoring platforms (SIEM, NAC, phishing simulations, USB restrictions, etc.)
Experience managing backup (such as Veam/Commvault) and data protection solutions
Experience managing enterprise SaaS systems and business applications
Strong experience with Windows, & Linux Ubuntu
Scripting and automation capabilities (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.)
Hebrew - fluent, English – fluent
