An Israel-based nonprofit pioneering curriculum-based therapeutic mountain biking to build resilience, confidence, connection, and emotional well-being among youth facing social, emotional, and psychological challenges, as well as IDF veterans navigating the effects of trauma. The Director of Development is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding donor networks, and building a structured, scalable fundraising operation for the company. דרישות:
5+ years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or a related field.
Strong understanding of fundraising strategy, donor development, and revenue generation.
Excellent written communication skills, including proposals, grant applications, donor communications, and marketing materials.
Experience working with donor CRMs and managing fundraising pipelines.
Fluency in Hebrew and English, with strong writing skills in both languages.
Excellent organizational, project management, research, and follow-through skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Confidence and professionalism when engaging high-net-worth individuals, senior executives, and corporate decision-makers.
Ability to work independently while coordinating and directing support staff, contractors, and external partners.
Preferred: Experience working closely with a CEO, CRO, or senior organizational leadership.
Familiarity with Israeli philanthropy, corporate giving, and the high-tech/CSR landscape.
