תיאור תפקיד:
A global technology company based in Herzliya is looking for an experienced FP&A Business Partner to join its finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business units, providing financial guidance and translating data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, monitor key financial metrics, identify trends, and deliver meaningful business insights.
• Process Improvement: Drive improvements in FP&A processes, enhance automation, and optimize financial reporting efficiency.
דרישות:
• 3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a medium-to-large organization or a publicly traded company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. MBA or CPA – an advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and business partnering skills.
• AI-driven mindset – proactive approach to leveraging AI solutions to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills – required.
• Experience with BI tools or financial systems – an advantage.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken – required.
