- הובלת האיכות ברצפת היצור - אחריות נהלי ניקיון, תוכניות ניקיון, ולידציות ואימותי ניקיון תקופתיים - אחראיות על ניטור פתוגנים. - הובלה של ניתוחי אירועי איכות - הדרכות עובדים. - ליווי וחניכה של עובדי הייצור והעלאת המודעות לאיכות. - הובלת פרויקטים לשיפור מתמיד והפחתת תלונות - הכנה למבדקי איכות ובטיחות מזון חיצוניים ופנימיים - ניהול ישיר של 2 מבקרי איכות בקו - כפיפות למנהלת איכות.
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בטכנולוגיה של מזון/ביוטכנולוגיה.
ניסיון קודם בתפקיד איכות במפעל מזון – ייתרון.
