At our Space Cameras Development site in Rehovot, we are looking for a Space Cameras Development Manager.
This is a key leadership position serving as the main technical authority in cutting-edge projects, leading multidisciplinary development activities from concept to delivery.

In this role you will:
Lead full technical aspects of space camera systems while ensuring compliance with technical requirements and design integrity
Manage and conduct engineering reviews, integrations, tests, and formal release processes
Plan and control project schedules, quality, and deliverables
Coordinate and collaborate with program management, customers, subcontractors, and supporting departments
Manage engineering resources, prioritize tasks, and oversee development workstreams
Lead the system from early development phases through final delivery to the customer
דרישות:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or Electro-Optics - advantage
At least 5 years of proven experience leading multidisciplinary development projects
Experience in developing, managing, and monitoring project schedules
Experience in the development of electro-optical military systems - advantage
Strong system-level understanding and deep technical knowledge
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
High commitment, responsibility, and willingness to invest effort over extended periods

A Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in Embedded and Electro-Optical (EO) Systems - Lead all activities related to the design, execution, and validation of our electrical circuits and boards - Own the full electrical lifecycle—from requirements definition and board architecture through schematic design, layout, implementation, bring-up, debugging, and verification. -Guide and mentor our electrical technicians and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. - The role requires deep experience working with EO system electronics, including board-level definitions, mixed-signal design, high speed cameras pipeline, and complex system integration. • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (mandatory) • 10+ years of experience in electrical design for electro-optical, embedded, airborne, or defense-related systems. • Proven experience with board-level design, implementation, bring-up, debugging, and validation of complex electronics. • Strong hands-on experience in analog and digital circuit design, including power electronics, signal conditioning, sensor interfaces, and high-speed digital systems. • Familiarity with EO system components military grade (image sensors, cameras, IR modules, laser systems, gimbals, stabilization units, embedded compute). • Experience managing PCB layout processes and working with external design/manufacturing partners. • Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, thermal measurement tools). • Strong documentation skills, including requirements, test procedures, and engineering reports.

Define, design & prepare systems integration processes, setups, tests plans & tests reports
Define & manage optomechanical measurements & calibrations using optical tests equipment
Lead systems & sub-systems optical & electro-optical calibration campaigns & testing activities, during development and qualification campaigns
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to define optimal solutions
Define test equipment required for the systems & sub-systems level tests & integrations
Lead automation improvements, of calibration process & tests data analysis

B.Sc. in Electro Optical Engineering, Optomechanical, Physics or Electrical Engineering
M.Sc. in Engineering - advantage
At least 5 years of experience in electro-opto-mechanical system engineering, or in the development of complex multidisciplinary systems
Experience leading engineering processes in a matrix environment
Experience conducting system design reviews and V&V/integration activities
High level technical English – reading, writing, and speaking
Hands on experience with Matlab / Python / LabView - advantage
Experience in electro optical system development, calibrations, and integration - advantage
Familiarity with space system development - advantage
Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
