- ניסיון רלוונטי בהנדסת מערכות חומרה, הנדסת אלקטרוניקה או הנדסת מערכות אלקטרו-מכניות. - הבנה מערכתית של מערכות פיקוד ושליטה (שו"ב) – עדיפות למערכות מבוססות קרונות קשר/חפ"קים ניידים, תשתיות רשת ופלטפורמות מחשוב. - ניסיון בתכנון ארכיטקטורת מערכת ופיתוח מפרטים טכניים. - היכרות עם תקנים הנדסיים (ניסיון בסביבה ביטחונית – יתרון). - הבנה במערכות חשמל. - תואר .B.Sc בהנדסת חשמל, הנדסת מכונות או בתחום רלוונטי אחר. - ניסיון קודם בתעשייה הביטחונית או בארגונים בתחומי ה C2 - יתרון. - ניסיון בעבודה בפיתוח קרונות קשר (Shelters) של מערכות שו"ב, חפ"קים ניידים, מערכות מבוססות מכולות /פלטפורמות מבצעיות משולבות אחרות. - יתרון
