• פעילויות בנושאי אבטחת איכות, שיפור מתמיד (פעולה מתקנת/ מונעת) לתהליכי פיתוח ויצור. • ניהול והכוונה מקצועית של אנשי אבטחת איכות בביקורת קבלה (אלקטרונית ומכאנית) וביקורת סופית (כשלושה מבקרים). • ניהול וביצוע מערךFAI . • ניהול וביצוע סיקורי איכות פנימיים וחיצוניים כגון מכון התקנים ולקוחות החברה. • ניהול וביצוע ביקורת קבלה של מוצרים שמגיעים לתיקון כולל טיפול בתלונות לקוח ו-Root Cause Analysis. • ניהול וביצוע מערך דוחות סקר חומר ודוחות דחייה (MRB). • ניהול וביצוע ביקורת בתהליך בתפעול. • בחינת עמידה של המוצרים בתקני איכות כגון IPC 610, IPC 620. • ביקורת סופית למוצרי החברה בהתאם לנהלים, שרטוטים ומפרטים יעודים(כולל דוחות תיקון בהתאם). • ניתוחי איכות מחזוריים של תקלות ייצור כגון FOD, תקלות YIELD תקלות חשמליות וכדומה • תאום וליווי לקוחות החברה (מבקרים) לביקורת במקור של המוצרים הייצוריים והתיקוניים. • הדרכות עובדי תפעול בביקורת תקני איכות וכלי איכות. • ניהול מערכת ה FRACAS מעקב אחרי תקלות חוזרות וכשל של רכיבים. • עדכון נהלים רלוונטיים לאיכות וכתיבת מסמכי הוראות עבודה בנושאי ביקורת קבלה וביקורת סופית. • ניהול דירוג ספקים וביצוע הסמכות ספקים.
דרישות:
- תואר ראשון בהנדסת איכות/ אלקטרוניקה/ מכונות (חובה התמחות או קורסים באיכות)- יתרון - התמחות באבטחת איכות ואמינות כחלק מתואר הנדסי או כחלק מתואר שני - יתרון - הסמכת הנדסת איכות CQE - יתרון. - 2+ שנים בתעשייה הביטחונית/ תעופה אזרחית בתפקיד מבקר/ת איכות או מנהל/ת איכות – חובה. -אנגלית ברמה גבוהה כולל אנגלית טכנית – חובה - שליטה ב- OFFICE בדגש על EXCEL, WORD- חובה. - קריאת שרטוטי הרכבה- חובה. - ניסיון בסיקורי איכות כגון AS9100, ISO9001, סיקורי ח"א, סיקורי אלביט/ רפאל/ תע"א – יתרון - כתיבה של נהלים ותהליכי ביקורת- יתרון. - ניסיון בניתוחי תקלות FRACAS- יתרון. - היכרות עםPriority- יתרון. - הסמכות IPC 610 ו 620- יתרון. - נכונות לעבודה מאומצת הכוללת שעות נוספות כנדרש.
