אחריות על כלל ההיבטים הטכנולוגיים והמקצועיים של היחידה העסקית, תוך שימור הסמכות המקצועית העליונה והובלת מוצרי היחידה. הנחיה מקצועית של צוות מהנדסי המערכת ביחידה שותפות בהנהלת היחידה ובהובלתה לעמידה ביעדיה העסקיים, בגיבוש האסטרטגיה ובבניית התוכניות העסקיות. עבודה שוטפת מול הפרויקטים ביחידה וביצוע בקרה מקצועית על עמידתם ביעדים ובדרישות הובלת הגדרת הפתרונות והמענים הטכנולוגיים למוצרים ולפרויקטים, בהתאם לצורכי הלקוחות וליעדים העסקיים. כתיבה, הנחיה ובקרה של מסמכי דרישות, אפיון ופיתוח עבור הפרויקטים המרכזיים ביחידה השתתפות והובלה מקצועית של סקרים וביקורות מול לקוחות היחידה וגורמים פנימיים בקרה על תוכניות העבודה של הפרויקטים המרכזיים ביחידה הובלה מקצועית של פעילויות Pre-Sales מול לקוחות בארץ ובעולם, לרבות בניית הצעות מחיר והכנת מענים טכנולוגיים ייזום, פיתוח וקידום תשתיות ומתודולוגיות לשיפור היעילות והמצוינות בפרויקטי היחידה ניהול תוכנית המו"פ של היחידה מול גופי והביצוע והמטה
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בהנדסה תואר שני יתרון לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח hands on;בתחום הסייבר לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בניהול מוצרי סייבר, רצוי בארגונים טכנולוגיים מובילים היכרות מעמיקה עם עולם הסייבר, בדגש על פתרונות סייבר הגנתי; ניסיון בסביבות מורכבות ובהיקפים משמעותיים יהווה יתרון. רקע טכנולוגי ופיתוחי משמעותי, לצד יכולת להוביל צוותים טכנולוגיים, להניע תהליכים ולקדם תוכניות עבודה ומפות דרכים מוצריות. ניסיון בעבודה מול הנהלות בכירות ובסביבה ארגונית מרובת ממשקים. ניסיון בעבודה מול לקוחות בינלאומיים ושותפים עסקיים בחול. כישורי תקשורת בינאישית מעולים, תודעת שירות גבוהה ויכולת ייצוגית גבוהה מול לקוחות וגורמים בכירים. שליטה מלאה באנגלית, בכתב ובעל פה. נכונות לנסיעות לחול בהתאם לצורכי התפקיד
