חשב/ת מנוסה, להשתלבותבצוות הכספים ועבודה תחת CFO בחברה בתחומי ההשקעות בחברות - טיפול בכל תחומי הכספים, נושאי המס, הדיווח וחשבונאות ההשקעות בסביבה דינמית ומתפתחת. פיקוח על הפעילות החשבונאית היומיומית, כולל חשבונאות השקעות, התאמות חשבונות, הפרשות (Accruals), סקירות אנליטיות והכנת דוחות כספיים, ניהוליים ודוחות השקעה. - טיפול בנושאי תשלום מיסים לרשויות המד - מקשר/ת של הארגון עם הרשויות - דיווחי מס, ציות Compliance , חובות ניכוי מס במקור, תאום מול רשויות המס ויועצים חיצוניים בישראל ובחו"ל. -אחריות על הדיווח במערכת ניהול הנכסים, כולל שמירה על שלמות הנתונים, סקירה ורישום של פעילויות השקעה, ביצוע התאמות, הפקת דוחות ותמיכה בתהליכי סגירת חודש, רבעון ושנה. - הכנה ותחזוקה של דוחות תזרים מזומנים עבור ה והישויות הקשורות אליו. - שמירה על בקרות פיננסיות חזקות, הבטחת עמידה במדיניות הפנימית ובדרישות הדיווח, ותמיכה בתהליכי ביקורת, מס ורגולציה בתיאום מול רואי חשבון (CPAs), מבקרים וספקי שירות חיצוניים. - נאיחוד דוחות וניתוח של נתונים פיננסיים מחברות הפורטפוליו, כולל תקציבים, מדדי ביצוע (KPIs) ומדדי יעילות. - הובלת תהליך ההטמעה של מערכת ERP מסוג Priority, תוך הבטחת מעבר חלק ואימוץ מוצלח של המערכת במחלקת הכספים.
דרישות:
- תואר ראשון בחשבונאות וכלכלה; רישיון רואה חשבון (CPA) ישראלי – חובה. - ניסיון של 2-3 שנות ניסיון כחשב/ת/עוזר/ת חשב אחריות על חשבונאות וכספים, עם יכולת מוכחת ועצמאות בניהול דיווחי להנהלה ולרשויות מס, וטיפול שוטף בחשבות. - ידע בתחומי המיסוי והציות ויישומו, התנהלות מול רשויות המס ויועצים חיצוניים. - מיומנויות טכנולוגיות וכן, שליטה ברמה גבוהה מאוד ב-Excel ובמערכת Priority; ניסיון בהטמעת מערכות ERP – יתרון. חובה: - שליטה בכלי בינה מלאכותית (AI) ויכולת למנף אותם בתוך תהליכי העבודה הפיננסיים היומיומיים. - אנגלית ברמה גבוהה - רקע תעסוקתי: ניסיון קודם באחד מהבאים: פירמת רואי חשבון (Big 4), משרד Family Office, או סביבת קרנות השקעה.
