• Advise customers on IT infrastructure best practices and help them leverage ServiceNow ITOM capabilities to improve operational efficiency
דרישות:
1-2 years of experience with administration of IT infrastructure and scripting abilities
• Valid Israeli Security Clearance (level 02/03) - MUST
• ServiceNow valid ITSM Certification – MUST
• ServiceNow platform experience (Administration, ITSM, Glide scripting) - MUST
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript/Python/Shell scripting)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of IT infrastructure
• Experience with AI tools and advanced prompting skills
