ניהול קווי בפיתוח של כ- 20 מהנדסים, הנדסאים וטכנאים העוסקים בתהליך העברה מפיתוח לייצור של כלל מוצרי החומרה המפותחים בשטח. שותפות מלאה בפיתוח כלל המוצרים מקצה לקצה תוך הגדרת דרישות וקווים מנחים (בשיתוף עם גוף הייצור) לתכן ולמתקנים נוספים במטרה לקבל מוצרים יצוריים לאורך זמן. - הנדסת רכיבים - יעוץ לכלל המתכננים האלקטרוניים בכל הנוגע לבחירת רכיבים אלקטרוניים ובדיקת רשימות זווד. - תמיכה ברכש מהיר לפיתוח כרטיסים ורכיבים על מנת לתמוך בתהליכי הייצור המהירים הנדרשים בפיתוח. - ממשק שוטף מול גופי הייצור לביצוע מדידה ומעקב שוטף אחרי המוצרים המפותחים. - הגדרת דרישות תכן, מתקנים ותהליכים שייתמכו בפיתוח - מבדקים ATE. - הובלת חקרי כשל בייצור והגדרת פעילות מתקנת. - הגדרת הקריטריונים יחד עם גופי הייצור לבשלות מוצר להעברה לייצור שוטף.
דרישות:
תואר ראשון (BSc) בהנדסת חשמל תואר שני בהנדסת חשמל או הנדסת מערכת - יתרון. ניסיון מוכח של 3-5 שנים בפיתוח חומרה ניסיון מוכח של ניהול צוות או מדור (לפחות) ניסיון מוכח בהעברת מוצרים מפיתוח לייצור - יתרון ניסיון בהנדסת רכיבים\בחירת רכיבים אלקטרוניים בעולם הצבאי - יתרון
