תיאור תפקיד:
תיאור התפקיד: לארגון בטחוני בבאר יעקב דרוש/ה מנהל/ת תצורת תוכנה . התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה על ניהול תצורת תוכנה (SCM) לאורך כל מחזור חיי הפיתוח – משלב הפיתוח והבדיקות ועד לשחרור גרסאות וניהול שינויים. העבודה מתבצעת בשיתוף פעולה שוטף עם צוותי פיתוח, בדיקות והנדסת מערכת, תוך שימוש בכלי ניהול גרסאות ואוטומציה, במטרה להבטיח שלמות קוד, עקביות ויעילות בין סביבות הפיתוח, הבדיקות והייצור. תחומי אחריות: ניהול תצורת תוכנה בפרויקטים מורכבים ורב־רכיביים. ניהול גרסאות, שינויים ובקרת קוד מקור. אחריות על תהליכי Release, הגדרת Baselines ושחזור גרסאות במידת הצורך. עבודה שוטפת עם כלי ניהול גרסאות כגון ClearCase, Azure DevOps ו-SVN. פיתוח, תחזוקה ושיפור סקריפטים ואוטומציות לתהליכי Build ו-Release. תיעוד תצורה, ניהול עצי מוצר (BOM – Bill of Materials) ומידע הנדסי. הבטחת אחידות ותאימות בין סביבות פיתוח, בדיקות וייצור. ליווי ותמיכה למהנדסי תוכנה והנדסת מערכת בנושאי תצורה וניהול נתונים. הובלת תהליכי שיפור מתמיד, סטנדרטיזציה וייעול בתחום ה-SCM.
דרישות:
ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בניהול תצורת תוכנה (SCM). ניסיון מעשי בעבודה עם אחד או יותר מהכלים: ClearCase, Azure DevOps, SVN. הבנה מעמיקה של תהליכי פיתוח תוכנה, בדיקות ושחרור גרסאות. יכולת עבודה בסביבה מורכבת, רב־גרסתית ורבת ממשקים. דיוק, סדר, אחריות אישית ויכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודת צוות. יחסי אנוש טובים ויכולת עבודה מול גורמים רבים בארגון. יתרונות: ניסיון בכתיבת סקריפטים ואוטומציה לתהליכי פיתוח ושחרור. סיווג ביטחוני בתוקף. ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP כגון SAP, Priority או Oracle. ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים או בהובלת תהליכי שינוי ארגוניים.
