תיאור תפקיד:
A global leader in real-time IP communications solutions, is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our development team and drive the next generation of Voice & Video over IP (V²oIP) toolkits.
About the Role
Develop innovative V²oIP toolkits and real-time communication products that meet international standards.
Hands-on coding in C++ and C with familiarity in Java.
Work on real-time systems with cross-platform development (Windows, Linux, ideally Android and iOS).
Lead projects and mentor engineers, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers.
Take on increasing responsibilities to manage the team and project, as the current team lead transitions to a purely technical role in the near future.

Over 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong proficiency in C++ and C, and acquaintance with Java
Extensive background in real-time systems and cross-platform development across Windows, Linux, and ideally Android and iOS
Solid background in developing V²oIP products
More than 3 years of experience leading engineering teams, including mentoring and project oversight
Holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering from a top-tier university
Experienced in developing standards-compliant products and ensuring regulatory alignment
Excellent communicator with both internal teams and external clients
Highly adaptable, a fast learner, and an independent thinker with a versatile skill set
