For a start up Cyber company in Tel Aviv: looking to hire a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office functionality and supporting management in various operational tasks. Responsibilities • Manage office operations (supplies, equipment, maintenance). • Ensure a clean, organized, and functional office environment. • Handle vendor relationships and office services. • Assist with HR and finance-related administrative tasks • Handle employee-facing logistics like birthday treats, holiday gifts etc. • Coordinate employee travel arrangements. • Coordinate quarterly company meetups and biannual team-building activities and company events. • Issue and track client quotes and pricing proposals • Update CRM with project/client data • Send out invoices and internal financial reports
דרישות:
Fluent English (spoken and written) – a must Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and a proactive, “can-do” attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information Proven experience in office administration or similar role- an advantage
