תיאור תפקיד:
A food and logistics delivery platform company, located in the North and Center of the country is seeking a Fleet/Courier Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the courier fleet in the city. This role requires a mix of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to ensure the fleet’s efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including the operations team, couriers, and external partners, to enhance delivery performance and customer experience.

3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic initiatives.
Strong people management and communication skills.
Fluency in Hebrew required.
Proficiency in operational tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
