תיאור תפקיד:
• A growing fintech company is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Back Office Finance professional to join its finance operations team.
• The role focuses on financial reconciliations, payment operations, reporting, and ensuring accurate financial processes across multiple payment platforms.
• Responsibilities: Perform daily financial reconciliations of transactions, balances, commissions, and payment flows across multiple systems and payment providers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial, commission, and performance reports.
• Monitor financial performance, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Support payment operations, including transaction monitoring and issue resolution.
• Assist with KYC/KYB onboarding and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
דרישות:
• 1 - 2+ years of experience in finance operations within fintech, payments, online marketing, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with payment providers, banking operations, and financial transaction flows.
• Knowledge of KYC/KYB processes.
• Experience with AML or fraud prevention is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
• Native-level English, written and spoken.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is an advantage.
