חברת Comblack מגייסת ר"צ בכיר מסלקה ואיסור הלבנת הון באגף מערכות ליבה ואשראי בארגון פיננסי מוביל בשפלה! ראש צוות בכיר לניהול של צוות מסלקה ונושאים נוספים. ניהול תכנית עבודה רבעונית ויכולת לתעדף משימות עם הגורמים הרלוונטיים – מענה ל- TTM, ניהול קפסיטי , ניהול ומעקב ב- JIRA , וכד'. יכולת מעקב וניהול משימות כולל עדכון החטיבות בכל שלבי המשימות, ניהול סיכונים יכולת לקרוא ולהבין מסמכי אפיון ביחד עם ראש צוות/תכניתן והבנת הצורך העסקי יחסי אנוש טובים כולל יכולת לחבר בין אנשים בצוות ומחוצה לו. נכונות לעבודה גם מחוץ לשעות העבודה הרגילות במקרה של תקלות , העברות ליצור וכד'.
דרישות:
לפחות 3-5 שנות ניסיון בניהול צוותי פיתוח וניהול פרויקטי פיתוח – חובה 7 שנות ניסיון HO בפיתוח/ ניתוח/ ניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים – חובה ידע בנקאי פיננסי – חובה שנתיים ניסיון בניתוח מערכות – חובה SQL,DB2 MS-OFFICE, POWERPOIN

תיאור תפקיד:
- ניהול צוות תשתיות JAVA שבאחריותו פיתוח רכיבי תשתית מבוססי JAVA , שרותי API למערכות ליבה וחקירת טכנולוגיות והטמעת כלים חדשים במחלקה.
- אחריות כוללת על מפתחי הצוות, לרבות חלוקת המשימות ומעקב שוטף אחר תוכנית העבודה, סקרי קוד וחניכה מקצועית.
- שגרת עבודה מול ממשקי הארגון השונים.
דרישות:
- ניסיון מוכח בהובלת צוות של לפחות 3 מפתחים.
- ניסיון מוכח של לפחות 4 שנות עבודה בטכנולוגיות JAVA.
- ניסיון פיתוח מול Spring framework ו- Hibernate.
- ניסיון בעבודה מול בסיס נתונים לא רלציונים.
- הבנה עסקית ויכולת ניתוח טכני.
