חברת אורמקו משתמשת בטכנולוגיות המתקדמות ביותר ומציעה פתרונות אורתודנטיים חדשניים למטופלים בישראל וברחבי העולם. אנו מחפשים רפרנט/ית שירות ואמינסטרציה זמני +אופציה להמשך. מדובר בחברה ותיקה מאוד שנמצאת בצמיחה ומחפשת תפקיד שמשלב מספר יכולות. התפקיד כולל: תמיכה בצוות שירות הלקוחות של אורמקו ישראל, מתן שירות לקוחות ללקוחות אורמקו ישראל. ניהול מלאי: מלאי / קבלה / הזמנות ליד אורמקו BV. ניהול הזמנות מרכזי: איסוף ואריזה, חיוב, שליחת דואר. ניהול תיקי Spark: חיוב תיקי Spark. מעקב אחר חשבוניות ושליחת הודעות ללקוחות עם דוחות. גביית חובות: הבנת תהליך גביית חובות מלקוחות. תמיכה בצד השיווקי עבור קורסים/כנסים.
דרישות:
· כישורי תקשורת מעולים. · חוש ארגון. ניסיון מוכח או הבנה חזקה של תהליכי גביית חובות וחשבונות. נוחות בשימוש בתוכנות משרדיות (למשל, Excel, Word, תוכנות דוא"ל); ניסיון עם מערכות ERP - יתרון יכולת לעבוד באופן עצמאי, לתעדף משימות ולעמוד בלוחות זמנים כישורים קריטיים/ידע טכני: · שליטה שוטפת באנגלית, עברית וצרפתית - יתרון
